Just upgraded PD8 to PD9 and everything looked ok until I tried to use the windows 7 look which is greyed out. This is a bootcamp partition...
Change it to have 2 CPU's and 512mb of Video RAM and then it should start up fine.
Gone back to Lion and now running albeit very slowly 10.8 in a parallels VM until we can find a workaround and/or parallels release a quick fix...
the second you try and load the appropriate kexts it crashes 10.8
There was a hack I believe to get parallels running on a beta of lion just trying to dig that out and see if it works.
I know its a bit early but wanted to get a thread up and running to see if any bright chap out there can get Parallels working properly on Apple's...
That worked a treat and just changed the network from shared to bridged mode and now I have a fully working cisco ip communicator setup.
This is a VOIP software by Cisco which we use in our company not VPN ;)
Running the latest and greatest Parallels 7 which is fantastic however something which used to work pretty well under PD6 now doesn't work at all....
I do have filevault2 enabled on my mba and it's nice to know this issue will be resolved in a later release.
