For me, the most reliable time comes when I turn off Autoconnect. Then I can plug the device in, "connect" it in Parallels, and it'll work great....
Yeah, me too. After working (albeit with occasional, recoverable disconnects) in RC1, it now doesn't work at all in RC2. I might just downgrade. :)
