    Got this from support - I've not tried it yet : Hello, Go to Macintosh HD -> Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility Then press Repair...

    Switching to bridged networking "fixed" the issue

    I am using shared networking I'm using shared networking. In fact I've not changed the config at all since I installed Parallels almost a year...

    I am having the same problem. Reinstalling parallels tools did not fix it. Any ideas?
