Separate names with a comma.
The work-around, apparently, is to clear the default tickbox for "Synchronize with Mac" on the Advanced section of the virtual machine Options...
...but be sure to *move* the list that appears... I'm having exactly the same problem, so kudos on finding that "report a problem" work-around!...
