Shut down the VM, then launch it holding down the Command key. After a window appears, select Virtual Machine... under the Edit menu.
SolidWorks 2006 is working fine for me in Parallels 3.0.5060. Offhand, I don't recall if I made any specific changes to settings for SolidWorks....

Same here. Workaround is to custom reinstall Parallels Tools without the video driver.
Current release version is 2.5 (build 3186). Previous was 2.2 (build 1970). Hope that helps.
Yup. I get this every time I restart or shutdown Win 98 with RC2 (and RC1). It is a known problem to Parallels, so hopefully a fix will be coming....
