    Same here "The only option I see is to change a user but I have only one user on that VM" Has anyone found a solution? Parallels is useless to me...

    Exact problem as Badger in Black. I did upgrade to 12 yet was able to sign in W7 until a request for new password. (today) I also updated to OSX...
