    Paul, Thanks for the response. Reinstalled Parallels Tools with no success. When I go to Configuration, I don't get the option for Keep Running...

    Parallels 11.2.2 Windows 10 Pro ISO I've had this issue for about a year and just decided to post. I can't find anything similar to my problem....
