I too and very disappointed Parallels cannot get the Motorola Q to work. It works perfectly in VMWare's FIRST beta!
My Motorola Q works PERFECTLY "out of the box", so to speak, with Fusion. I love Parallels, but if they can't get the USB, right my choice is made.
Does anyone have any info on improved USB support? As of build 1970, I still cannot get my virtual XP box to recognize my Motorola Q.

If your USB device is a hard disk, attach to it from the host (OS X) and share it out to your Windows guest OS.
