Thanks, that resolved my issue. Now Parallels is running great under Ubuntu for me.
This is a known bug. See this thread. Very frustrating for those of us that use guest OS's other than Windows (and can't install the "tools").
And if you aren't using Windows as the guest OS, this bug is still VERY real and a big concern.
