I had a user today receive an insufficient rights.. error when trying to start an application published on our 2X application server farm. We are running Version 8.1 build 918. I looked at the log file and saw the following message (internal info x'ed out): Failed to open "#4" Application for User xxxxxxxxx@xxx, Client xxxx, Address xxx.xx.xx.xxx:xxxx - (Error 6) The user has been able to the application prior to this morning. The 2X system is accessed from three different domains: the 2X system and some user accounts are in domain A and other users are in domain B and C. There are full trust relationships between all three domains. This user has the necessary permissions to access applications published on the 2X system. Request: n/a Solution: Make sure that the SMTP Server is configured and named correctly. Input correct credentials for authentication. From your description it seems it's just related to one or a few users but not generic? If yes, did any rights or anything else change for those user(s)? Kind regards,
