This might be related to my other thread ( http://forums.parallels.com/thread5542.html ) When I am connected using Cisco VPN running on Mac than I run XP in Parallels and try to connect over Cisco VPN to work (Cisco is running in Mac not in Windows XP) Any reasons why? If I open terminal services (CoRD) from mac I can connect to remote XP @ Work just fine. But when I have to connect from Explorer running \\server name it does not work. Did not try \\x.x.x.x yet so will try it next time. If I specify hostname (not IP) when connecting from mac using CoRD it works just fine over Cisco.

I am using Bridge mode right now and above scenario does not work with it. Shared mode has problem of his own as I described in http://forums.parallels.com/thread5542.html

Dev guys let me know if you guys need any additional info on this.

By the way I also have EVDO card from Verizon and it does not work for me in shared mode .

I just tried pinging the IP from XP (Bridge mode) when connected using Cisco from Mac to work. I can't ping it.

When running in Shared mode now I can ping from XP by IP but not by host name. pinging by hostname from Mac terminal works fine. So this is the same problem than I did talk about here.
