Windows update keeps showing same update over and over again even after installing it, parallels somehow manages to undo this update.. Coherence mode crashes parallels if an application faults while in coherence mode. IE windows app crashes, parallels crashes.. Parallels does not remount boot camp disk in finder after it has exited.
