IMHO there are a lot more environment details needed to support your case professional. Further on the fastest way to start may a call with you in your native language. If you post your country and native language in here I am quite sure that s.o. will be able to help out immediately. On the other hand you could also call a local 2X Software branch office or partner directly.
p/s: When it comes to firwalls most of the time the issue is that the 2X client is using the direct mode instead of the gateway mode to connect. Direct mode: The client is communication with the gateway device as well as with the destination hosts (terminal servers, rdsh and/or virtual desktops). Gateway mode: The client is only communicating with the gateway device. Further on it's a good idea to go by the gateway port when using the gateway mode instead of adressing the needed ports separately.
