Hello, i am using ORCA to change the MSI, and i am following documentation i downloaded from the 2x website; '"..Using ORCA to change the MSI : After downloading and installing ORCA, all you need to do is launch ORCA and open the ‘2XClient.msi’ package. Once you open the MSI package, on the LEFT hand side (Tables column) you will see ‘Property’. Click on it. Some of the properties (like SERVERPORT for example) may be already available in the MSI package. If a certain property is not available, simply click on ‘Tables’ | ‘Add Row...’. As opposed to me guessing which settings are configurable via the msi and how they might be named, I'm after a list of available properties, please.
Hi there, please check this out: http://www.2x.com/blog/2010/11/products ... ransforms/ All properties available and configurable are listed, e.g. within Orca, under properties. When you export the client settings (File -> Export settings) the .2xc file is a XML file and contains all available properties as well. Kind regards,
Hi mate, thanks for your reply, I've uploaded a screenshot of what i see in orca under properties, and see properties such as DISABLESAVEPASSWORD, DISABLESAVEPASSWORDADMIN, TUXGINA which are all useful, but where are the properties for the default server, port, secondary server(s), default windows domain etc? There are dozens of configuration items in the 2x client, but i see hardly any of them under orca properties. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks, Kind regards PS; AdminProperties = DISABLEOPTIONS;DISABLEOPTIONSADMIN;DISABLESAVEPASSWORD;DISABLESAVEPASSWORDADMIN;Product_Build;Product_Major;Product_Minor;TUXGINA SecureCustomProperties = DEFSETTINGS;DEFSETTXML;NEWVERSIONFOUND;OLDVERSIONFOUND;OVERRIDEUSERSETTINGS
