Hi, I am using 2X ver.8 and have a setup that 2 Gateways exist. (Let's call them Gateway A and Gateway B - Gateway A is main and Gateway B is the backup) It's been fine all along but a problem happened one day that when connecting to Gateway A the message below appears --------------------------- Code [01/00000004] The specified remote 2X Connection could not be found. Verify that you have typed the correct computer name or IP address, and then try to connect again. --------------------------- However, connecting to Gateway B continues to work during this time. Looking at event viewer on Gateway A didn't find any things of note. My question is: Any typical reason for such behavior? Any particular things I can check? **Update** - the issue went away after a scheduled maintenance (server reboots); However, would be much better to have a solution that doesn't involves reboot.
Hi there, well, as far as I understand you don't have the issue anymore, however you are affraid it might come back? Anyway, it sound like an network issue. Did you investigate in this direction already? Please check even your firewall settings.
