2x Printer Redirection not working with "stupid" names?

We have a Bankaccount software that uses ' and () in the windowname, when i try to print from one of those the Printer Redirection breaks and i get the error File not found in the Eventlog.

Das Dokument Umsätze als Kontoauszug für Konto '1234' KtoNr x.xxx.xxx.xxx BLZ xxxxxxxx, im Besitz von User, konnte nicht auf dem Drucker 2X Universal Printer gedruckt werden. Datentyp: RAW. Größe der Warteschlangendatei in Bytes: 56795. Anzahl der gedruckten Bytes: 0. Gesamtanzahl der Seiten des Dokuments: 1. Anzahl der gedruckten Seiten: 0. Clientcomputer: \\SERVER. Vom Druckprozessor zurückgelieferter Win32-Fehlercode: 2. Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden.

I have the suspicion that the '1234' causes a problem for the redirector. Maybe the redirector saves a temporary file and ' is not escaped or something like this.
