2X Remote app is popping up with resource access message

On one of our terminal server we have 2X installed to publish a remote app. The issue I am having is regardless of user account or client machine I use to connect I am receiving an error message when attempting to launch the application.

The Remote Desktop Connection dialog box pops up asking which local resources you want make available to the remote computer. If I choose to allow Ports the connection completes and I can access the application. But the next time I cannot the same prompt comes up. I have attached a screenshot.


I have another terminal server that has a different application published that does not have this issue even when using the same client machine and same user account. I have compared the Remote Desktop Host Configuration settings between the two servers but all the settings I can see appear identical.

Both terminal Servers published with the same 2X Gateway and Publishing Agent.
