Can you please tell me if ApplicationServerXG supports creating 2X templates for VirtualBox guests. The reason i ask is I am unable to add a VirtualBox guest. When i try to add one nothing shows up in the Virtual Guest List. When I view my Virtual Guests from the Virtual Guests Settings button on the Virtual Desktop Hosts tab all my Virtual Box VM's show up and can be stopped and started just fine.
Hi there, here you find a list with all approved VDIs and even installation guides. Can you confirm that you use a approved version of virtual box? 2xApplicationServer XG combines the former 2xApplicationServer AND 2xVirtualDesktopServer and all their technologies. Do you say that you didn't have any issues using 2xVirtualDesktopServer but you found the described problems after upgrading to 2xAS XG? You might even consider to open a support ticket. I Am using virtual box 4.0.0 which is on the supported list and I have no problems Publishing and connecting to the virtual desktops. The product is working as expected. My issue is that I am unable to use the virtual desktop that I have created To create a 2x template. This is a new feature of 2xAS XG so definitely not an issue With previous virtual desktop server. Is there something I need to do to get the virtual desktop to appear in the virtual guest list
