2x Universal Printer is deleted within seconds when added

Windows Server 2008 32-bit OS with 2x v9.1091.
When I install the agent it's not installing the 2x Universal Printer (or it is but it's getting deleted before I see it). I've tried installing the 2x Universal Printer from the command line using /U /I and /R, and what happens is that the printer shows up in Printers and Faxes and then is deleted with a few seconds.

I also tried uninstalling the agent, deleting the c:\program files\2x folder, and also deleting the 2x registry key from HKLM\Software, rebooting, and then installing the agent again. It just does the same thing....

do you have the same issue with 2xApplicationServer and 2xClient both version 10.0.1166 as well?

If yes, please open a ticket with support sending an email to support@2x.com.
