2X User disconnect problem

    I have 2 front-end 2X Server,2X1&2X2.Now ,i found a problem.when a user login through 2X1,and 2X1 crash suddenly。All sessions which login from 2X1 will disconnet.
    How can i solve this problem？At least let the alive session unaffected when the 2x front-end server crash.

    what do you by front end server please?
    How to imagine your environment set up?
