3.x applications GONE after 4.0 upgrade

    new to forum: this has probably already been solved, just point me . . . most of my installed applications under V.3.x are now missing after the archive-and-install upgrade to v.4 - no response for Parallels Support via email yet. Any help out there? Thanks in adavance. [gh]
