I'm getting the above error trying to start either my Boot Camp or "normal" Parallels disk image through Parallels. This doesn't seem to occur on the first couple times I run Parallels after a reboot of my iMac, but after that, I notice some hesitation in the dock, and Parallels won't start any VMs.

    The error continues with:

"This error may occur mostly if there is no (sic) enough free disk space available on the physical disk to allocate virtual machine paging file. Try to clean up the physical disk (remove unnecessary files). If it doesn't help, try to re-install Parallels Desktop."

There is PLENTY of physical disk space available on my drive, so that obviously isn't the case. Is anybody else seeing this? It's not a huge problem, and may just be a "beta thing", but it's annoying, since not having to reboot all the time is one of the nice things about OS X :)

Yep, and at a complete loss as to what to do now.
