3124 Download won't work...help please

3214 Download won't work...help please

New Parallels user--

I'm attempting to upgrade build 3188 to 3214 to fix errant USB issues. I've followed the instructions to Check for Updates, etc.

While running Check for Updates, I get the "download 3124' screen, click OK, get a new splashscreen saying "Please wait while Parallels Desktop is downloading selected updates." We get no further...it sits at that screen forever with no movement (15-20 minutes...).

I also found a direct link on an earlier post to downloads.parallels.com for the 3124 build but it tells me I don't have enough memory to download the file...I have LOTS of memory available. so either it's telling little lies or I'm missing something there...

Help or a different link would be helpful, please. thanks.

I don't know what they pay ya, but they should double it.

Installed and fixed the USB issue after a little tinkering...thanks again for the support.
