Although build 3150 works great with Windows on my MacBook Pro, it's much more unstable than any previous build with Ubuntu 6.10. Booting a Ubuntu live CD ISO or installing Ubuntu will almost always crash at some point in 3150. Just for fun, I tried using the same ISO with the VMWare beta and it booted & installed with no problems. They even have VMWare tools for Linux, so I can move the mouse in & out of the VM window. I'm coming very close to switching to VMWare unless you get your act together for supporting Linux.
