3186: how to boot from CD?

    I somehow wedged my Windows XP install in Parallels (3186). On boot, the message indicates that the following file is missing or corrupt: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM.

    I am hopeful that I can repair this, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to boot from the Windows setup CD-ROM, as the message indicates, in Parallels. How can I do this?
