[3186] Parallels Tools ERROR at Resolution Changing Tool DOES ANYONE CARE?

Does anyone care? I mean, I paid $80 for this "final version"

 

I assume it happens on Parallels Tools upgrade?

Please try uninstalling the old Parallels Tools first via Windows Start->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs.

After uninstalled, reboot and install the newer Tools via Actions->Install Parallels Tools... menu item.

No dice, same error

 

I ended up manually creating that folder... it was creating a 16k file without an extension....
