32-bit macOS on a 2019 Intel Mac Pro?

    I have a 2019 Intel Mac Pro -- model MacPro7,1 -- running MacOS Big Sur 11.6. I would like to run old 32-bit Mac applications on it, perhaps by running MacOS Mojave in Parallels. Is such a solution possible?
