hi some users have problem while they want run a published app by 2x clinet? they can open the login page of the published program but after login they get the following error. [3334] - internal error (attached file) can anyone help me about this problem??
Hi there, even when in generally errors are displayed using a 2x windows it doesn't mean they are related to 2x. Even Windows messages are catched and displayed within the 2x windows. This particular error is not a 2x error but a Windows error. Anyway, please open a ticket with 2x and provide the 2xServer debug files (Information -> Support). Kind regards,
hi may be the problem dont relate to 2x but the error is returning by 2x client and you must say when this error occur. this may be related to your programminf code that windows retunrs an error or really this is windows error. but i think your error handling have problem that i cant understand that what happend when this error occured. internal error is a very general for an error description. also i open a ticket with KJR-509789 id but nobody answer me on ticket. please help me as soon as possible. required file are attached to ticket.
