9310 Update - Task Bar Win 7 Still Flashes

    While possibly not as much as 9308, 9310 did not fix the problem on my Windows 7 VM.

    Did it fix anyone else's? If so, what settings?

    Actually, I rarely saw the flash....but since I did the last update to 9310, its literally every minute or two.

    was anything actually fixed? if you read the KB article it doesnt say much..
