Hi, I've been using Parallels and it's great. However today I tried to play a game through steam on Windows, Dota 2. I tried to play this game previously, but the game lagged so much I had to force quit it. I went to canyourunit.com within Parallels and my system specs were not minimum. I then checked how much RAM I give to Parallels when it's running, and it's only 1GB. If I change this to 4GB RAM, will my mac desktop be slow even when I don't have Parallels open? I was thinking that before I start Windows 7 in Parallels, I change the RAM to 4GB. When I'm done using Windows 7, I change it back to 1GB. Will my computer be slow even after I change it back to 1GB? This is probably a really noob question, but I need to figure out. Thanks in advance for responding.
