Acces is in trial mode o request to buy from my ios devices

    Hi all

    I've installed access app in my laptop using my parallels desktop business account because it is included in my subscription, in my laptop the agent is working fine. but when i try to access from my ios device, it shows the laptop ready to connect but when i try to connect it shows a message to start a trial period or buy. but if it is included, it should be work from my ios device, right?? using the same credentials that i use for my business account.
