This is a reported problem (I reported it over six months ago; not sure how many others have reported it). There has been no perceptible progress toward a solution. I note that the Parallels Access product page makes no mention of the problem, which I consider highly unethical. Access is effectively useless on all new Macs.

I agree with Igp, Parallels Access is useless on my Macbook Pro 1M Pro. The weird part is that it worked at first and all of the sudden stoped. I've been trying to get support from CS and they keep refering me to useless support pages like the one share here. I've done everything, still the issue persists.
