Sorry all but I've run out of options. We have setup a trial 2X ApplicationServer and AccessPortal and it's all working fine, you can get the AccessPortal site from internally and launch applications, install 2X Client, etc, perfect. Now trying to publish the 'site' through ISA 2006 and we can't get it working. I've published the server using the Web Server Publishing rule and you can get to the AccessPortal from the internet, you can also see published applications, click on the app and you get the file to download, the 2X Client launches but then sits at Logon for 30 seconds or so before finally timing out with "client could not establish a connection to the remote computer". I've tried numerous suggestions throughout this forum and still no joy. Can anyone please assist?
Hi, Note that your 2X Gateway must be public and reachable from the Client as well. Make sure the Firewall is not blocking any ports. You can try that by starting the client and insert the details manually.
