    Hey,

I'd like to use parallels on a mac that I have at the office in order to use a certain "windows-only" software. This software grabs data from a central server sitting on a particular IP address on my workgroup. (\\192.168.x.x\SomeSharedFiles)

I wanted to know if I could use this software on my mac using parallels. Does Windows on Parallels allow us to use file sharing just like regular windows??

    Thanks,
    AM

Yes it does. You can do almost any networking stuff that a real PC can.
