My account does not show registered product - Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition. But when I try to register license key, I get that it has been registered to a another account. I have just received email about upcoming subscription. Which proves that I use correct account name/email. I am unable to reach phone support since it does not recognize that I have a subscription with valid phone support option. I request support. please help.
