I just purchased a new MAC book and installed Parallels. I purchased a new full version (not OEM) of Windows XP Home with SP2. Parallels shows Build 1940. I created a VM, but when I try to install XP, I get an errot message that the acpi.sys file is corrupted. What do I need to do??
Upgrade to 1970 and try again. If it still doesn't work, post with details of your machine and we'll try to help you. You can upgrade through the check for updates menu choice in the app.
