Acronis Registration - 2 Parallels but only 1 Acronis!

I've just purchased 2 upgrades to Parallels Desktop 12, and both installed OK on 2 different Macs. I installed Acronis Backup on the first, and activated the free license without a problem - my Acronis account showed a license for 1 workstation. However, on my second Mac, when I tried to activate Acronis it activated with the same Acronis serial number as the first Mac, and my Acronis account still shows only one workstation! Both copies of Acronis are working OK, but the trouble is that I have only one 500GB Acronis Cloud between them.

I'd appreciate it if you would let me know how I should proceed to get my second Acronis serial, please.
