I have a perpetual V17. I used to be presented with the Activate on This Mac button that would remove the license from my other computer and license the one I'm currently on. I tried yesterday and the button has been removed and they're now forcing you to upgrade. I don't want to upgrade! I just want to be able to activate my license like I used to. Even on the other computer, I can't deactivate it. I can't login to my account in a browser to activate licenses and I can't send a simple email to support without paying lol. Please let me know how to fix this thanks.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback As per your record, we can see the license is activated on a machine with macOS 13.5.2(22G91). The last contact with our servers was on 2024-03-23 23:22. Do you still need us to deactivate the license from that machine. Please note that we have also reset the activation limit. Let us know if you require additional assistance. Thanks
The Activate button has returned and I was able to activate it now. Please have your team change anything to do with activation, so that it happens inside our online account and we can control it in a browser like other companies do. It would Simply shows computer serial numbers that are activated and options to deactivate them. Then we don't need to contact your company and wait 5 days for simple activation problems. Thanks.
