My original Mac is no longer working, but I wasn't able to log out or get my parallels account moved to my new device. How can I install a new version of my parallels pro to my new Mac - Apple M1?
Hello, Thank you for your post. To install and activate Parallels Desktop on your new Mac, please refer to the "On your new Mac computer: Steps 1-4" section of this KB article: https://kb.parallels.com/en/123461 Kind Regards, Parallels Team
Thank you for your response. When I get to step 4, it just logs me into parallels and brings me to the dashboard. From there I can see my license, but there is no where for me to activate or anything. When I'm in my newly downloaded parallels/windows 11, on the bottom of the screen in light grey, it says to go to setting to Activate Windows.
I went the route of Settings and I got a blue pop-up window "Activation settings" and it reads "Activate Windows now - Running a non-genuine copy of Windows can put you at a greater risk for viruses and other security threats." Options are to Buy a product key or Enter a product key. I don't have a product key to enter to activate. Can you assist?
