Hi, I have transferred a PArallels Desktop v10.4.0 installation to a new hard drive, and it is telling me that it cannot reach activatepd.parallels.com to activate the product. Can someone from support assist with this please?
Hello? I REALLY NEED TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED. I started this thread five days ago, and have received one reply to which I replied in less than 1 hour. I understand that the software isn't supported, but I'm not asking for support. I'm being prohibited from using the software that I bought and paid for by your authorization system, and I'd really appreciate getting a workaround so that I can continue to use the software that we paid for.
