Hello, I've just recently purchased Parallels Desktop 11 and am currently trying to install it on my iMac; however, when I type in the activation key a message appears saying: "Unable to perform the operation. The license server rejects it." I'm rather at a loss as to what to do. Can anyone help me with this issue?
Hi Guna, when I got to step 3 in the article you linked, there was no 'licenses.xml' file to move to Trash. I performed steps 4 and 5 anyway but continue to have the same pop-up message about the license server rejecting the key.
