could any one please advise how to contact Parallels? My problem is that I bought Paralles for Mac and I have not received an activation key after 1 full week. None of my e-mails is answered. I know that this is not the right place but if only I could get a contact. Thanks, Lance
Have you checked your SPAM trap to see if it intercepted the email with the key? Any chance that you entered your email address incorrectly on the order? Their phone number from the Contact Us link at the top of this forum is +1 (425) 282-6400 (sales and general questions only)
