I can't seem to get my activation Key to work. There is a Key on the back of my CD sleeve. I have entered it in all kinds of ways. It is formatted in this order xxx-xxxxx-xx. Is the Key case sensitive? Could the zeros be letter "O"? I have Desktop 3 for mac. Is that the right amount of digits to enter. I can't get it to work. I had it working at one time but had to redo my computer and reinstall all my applications and I can't get the activation key to work now.
