activation limit

    Dear Parallels Support Team,

    I recently purchased a new Mac and I am unable to activate my Parallels Desktop license on it.

    I have already deactivated the license on my old Mac, but when I try to activate it on my new Mac, the activation still fails.

    My account email: larry.sun@simbainno.com

    Could you please help me resolve this activation issue so I can use Parallels Desktop on my new Mac?

    Hello Larry,

    Please note that we have made some changes on our side to reset your license key, so you should be able to use it to activate.
    Please note that you have a Parallels Desktop 16 license which can only be used to activate version 16 of our software and if you are installing on a new device, you need to make sure that the MacOS version on the new device actually supports Parallels Desktop 16, you can refer to this link: https://kb.parallels.com/en/114381
    If Parallels Desktop 16 is not supported on the new MacOS version, you will need to either purchase a new subscription or an upgrade license from our website.

    May I ask you to do the same with my licence Parallels 16? Just moved to another Mac, but it says "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."
