Hi All, there seems to be a bug with the graphics card driver in Windows XP guests. When I have two or more Excel documents open, one of them being active, and click on a non-active Excel window, this document does not come up. Although Excel's menu bar shows the title of the new document, the contents of the active window remain the former ones. This problem is not Excel-specific and only present in Parallels. I had the suspicion that it occurs whenever one application has multiple client windows open. To verify this, I wrote a simple XP application with a main window and another nonmodal client window which is created by the main application. When the client window is hidden by the main window, I have to click on the program icon three times to get it active. The first click does nothing (bug!), the second minimizes the client window to the task bar (standard XP behavior), the third has it come up again - this time correctly as the foreground window. Neither the Excel behavior nor the one of my test app show up on native XP installations but only within Parallels. I'd be happy if this bug would enter the bug list. Bye, Blacky.
