Activesync V3.8 will not install, v4.5 won't recognize Journada PDa

    When I try to install Activesync v3.8, the installation seems to start but doesn't finish.

    I can install V4.5. However, it does not recognize my Jornada USB 565 PDA.

    Any advice?
