I've been trying out Parallels Access to run an app on a PC from an iPad. The app does does appear in Windows Control Panel's software list.

I have not found a way to add the app to App Launcher so I can only run it by opening File Explorer, navigating to the folder, and running the app. That's time-consuming and unnecessary.

is there a way to add any .exe file to the App Launcher so I can do this?

Browse to the location of the app, where the .exe file is located. Using the Windows key + Left arrow keyboard shortcut snap the window with the application files to the left. Right-click, hold, drag and drop the .exe file that launch the apps to the Programs folder on the right.

Thanks. Unfortunately, my trial of Access expired and support was very unhelpful.

Are you saying that by placing a shortcut to the executable file that that app will appear in the App Launcher?
