I added a Samsung clp-310n printer to my parallels environment two days ago. It worked fine after some tweeking--printed form my MacBook side and from Windows OS. Then it stopped. I have tried every possible solution available in Help and re-installed the disk on both sides-- Mac and Windows. No luck. any suggestions? When I tried to deinstall the Samsung software, the name still appeared in the printer window. Also, Bonjour Wizard does not recognize the printer when I try to use it to set it up. My other printer, an HP 3015 works fine on both sides and all connections are in place. One note, the Samsung stopped working on my Mac side but I re-installed it and it is currently working fine there--just not in Windows on my Parallels desktop. Sorry for the lengthy entry. Help will be greatly appreciated.
