Additional 2X license for separate from backup mode

Hi All,

I have post a similar message yesterday but strangely this just gone...

We have two 2X servers running which one of this is the backup server and everything just fine. We are thinking to change this settings so that both servers will become primary for user to connect, however we don't know if this changes will require additional license, it anyone has answer to our question?
