Advice on removing installed version of Win7?

Please can someone advise me how to remove the version of W7 I've migrated from my PC as I think it's really slowing my MacBook Pro down. I'm thinking removing this and installing a cleaner, less cluttered, version of W7 from my install disk would be preferable.

Just go to /User/Documents/Parallels/ and remove Windows7.pvm file (name is an example here). Just move it to trash. If you have any tangible data there - copy it to your Mac hard drive first.
